No Professional Consultancy: The calculations, estimations, conversion factors, and material rates provided on BuildCalc are intended solely for general informational and preliminary estimation purposes. BuildCalc is not a licensed architectural firm, certified structural consultancy, or chartered quantity surveying agency.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Actual building costs and quantities depend on architectural design, soil conditions, seismic zones, water table depth, foundation type, local municipal bylaws, and material quality choices.
  • Market prices for raw materials (cement bags, TMT steel bars, river/M-sand, aggregates, red bricks, tiles) and labor wages fluctuate continuously across regions and suppliers.
  • You must obtain signed structural drawings and verified Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from certified civil engineers and registered architects before executing construction contracts or placing bulk material orders.

BuildCalc assumes no liability for cost overruns, material shortfalls, structural design decisions, contractor disputes, or financial losses resulting from the use of our calculators.
